Are you a proactive Executive Assistant who thrives in a fast-paced, high-growth environment?
A rapidly expanding global consumer products organization with its North American headquarters in Irvine is seeking an experienced Executive Assistant to support senior executive leadership. This highly visible role offers the opportunity to serve as a trusted business partner to key decision-makers while collaborating with teams across the U.S. and internationally.
* Manage complex executive calendars, scheduling, and shifting priorities
* Coordinate domestic and international travel arrangements and itineraries
* Prepare meeting agendas, presentations, reports, and executive briefing materials
* Track action items, deadlines, and follow-up activities across multiple departments
* Draft and manage executive communications and correspondence
* Support leadership meetings, company events, and executive visits
* Coordinate with cross-functional teams across multiple time zones
* Help executives stay organized, informed, and ahead of critical commitments
* 5+ years of Executive Assistant experience supporting senior leadership
* Experience supporting a C-Suite executive, President, General Manager, VP, or similar leader
* Strong calendar management and complex travel coordination experience
* Exceptional organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
* Ability to manage competing priorities with minimal direction
* Professional presence with excellent judgment and discretion
* Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office, Outlook, and PowerPoint
* Experience working with global teams or multiple time zones is highly preferred
* Anticipates needs before being asked
* Maintains strict confidentiality and professionalism
* Comfortable navigating changing priorities and fast-moving environments
* Strong attention to detail and follow-through
* Naturally proactive, resourceful, and solutions-oriented
* Skilled at partnering with senior leaders and holding stakeholders accountable for deliverables
